Data collected

This is a showcase site. It places no audience-measurement, profiling or advertising cookies, and uses no third-party trackers; the fonts are self-hosted (no call to an external service). Only the cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site may be used, without obtaining consent.

When you contact us via the form, your request is composed and then opened in your email client or WhatsApp: the information entered (surname, first name, email, telephone, request details) is transmitted only at the moment you yourself send the message, and solely to Neroli to process your request.

Purpose and legal basis

The data transmitted is used solely to respond to your request, to draw up a quote and to follow up on the relationship. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures or of the contract (article 6 of the GDPR).

Recipients

Your data is intended for Wanis Bensalah. For intermediation services, certain strictly necessary information may be transmitted to the relevant partner provider (rental house, skipper, air operator, etc.) solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request. Within the framework of watchmaking introductions, your contact details are disclosed to a counterparty (buyer or seller) only with your prior agreement. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Your data is retained for as long as is necessary to process your request, and then: for a prospect who did not follow up, up to 3 years after the last contact; for a client, for the duration of the commercial relationship, with accounting records then archived for 10 years in accordance with the law. Beyond that, your data is deleted or anonymised.

Data transfer

The data you transmit to us by email is processed within the European Union. However, if you choose to write to us via WhatsApp, your message passes through the WhatsApp / Meta service, which may involve a transfer outside the European Union, governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses); you may favour email to avoid this. No data protection officer (DPO) has been appointed, as such an appointment is not mandatory; you may exercise your rights at the contact details indicated above.

Your rights
