These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Neroli site (hereinafter "the Site"). By browsing the Site, you accept these Terms.

Purpose of the Site

The Site presents the services of Neroli: the provision of luxury vehicles, yachts, private jets, private chauffeur and concierge services, as well as an introduction service between buyers and sellers of collector's timepieces. The Site is a showcase site: no sale or booking is concluded online. Every request gives rise to a direct exchange (telephone, email or WhatsApp) and then, where applicable, to a separate quote or contract.

Watchmaking introduction service — role of intermediary

For its service relating to timepieces, Neroli acts solely as an intermediary (introducer) intended to bring together buyers and sellers. In this capacity, Neroli:

— is not party to the contract of sale concluded between buyer and seller ;
— does not hold, store or ship the timepieces ;
— does not collect or hold funds in escrow on behalf of the parties ;
— does not guarantee the authenticity, condition, provenance or value of the timepieces presented by the parties.

The sale is concluded directly between buyer and seller, who remain solely responsible for it. Neroli strongly recommends proceeding with authentication by an independent expert and secure settlement through a specialised provider. Neroli cannot be held liable in respect of the transaction, the conformity of the asset or the payment between the parties.

Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge. Neroli endeavours to ensure its availability but cannot be held liable for any interruption, unavailability or technical malfunction.

Intellectual property

The editorial content and graphic design specific to the Site are protected. Any reproduction or reuse without the prior written authorisation of Neroli is prohibited. The visuals presented are illustrations generated by artificial intelligence, non-contractual. The third-party brands and models cited or depicted (manufacturers, watchmakers…) remain the property of their owners and are mentioned for descriptive purposes; Neroli is neither an authorised reseller nor an official partner.

Liability

The information published on the Site is provided for indicative purposes. Neroli cannot be held liable for any errors, omissions, or for the consequences of use of the Site or of the third-party sites to which it refers.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator: [à compléter — médiateur de la consommation].
